2015 Austin County Fair 

The Austin County Fair was organized in 1927 as an association to encourage agricultural and horticulture by exhibition of livestock and farm products. Today there are hundreds of committeemen, volunteers, sponsors and buyers who help make the Austin County Fair a success. 

 

PRCA Rodeo

 

Three nights of PRCA Rodeo

October 8, 9, & 10

Rodeo begins 7:30 p.m.  

 

Seven breathtaking events – bronc riding, bareback riding, barrel racing, steer dogging, team roping, calf roping and bull riding – will spotlight cowboys and cowgirls competing to win cash prizes.  

 

Traditionally, Austin County Fair Rodeo has attracted contestants from all over the nation, so it’s not unusual to see world champion and circuit cowboys perform.  

 

Austin County is rich in rodeo enthusiasm and boasts several PRCA qualifiers.
