YOU MUST BE ABLE TO UNLOAD YOUR SHIPMENT WITHOUT ASSISTANCE FROM THE DELIVERY COMPANY. BE SURE THAT YOU HAVE ALL EQUIPMENT THAT IS REQUIRED TO SAFELY UNLOAD YOUR DELIVERY. IF YOU CANNOT UNLOAD WHEN THE SHIPMENT ARRIVES, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ADDITIONAL CHARGES THAT MAY BE INCURRED FOR STORAGE, RE-DELIVERY OR RESCHEDULING, RETURNING TO US, UNLOADING ,IF AVAILABLE, AND ANY OTHER CHARGES AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE DELIVERY COMPANY.
All in stock items purchased on this site are returnable, at your expense, for a full refund if received by us within 15 days from the date of purchase. You must contact us for a RMA number in order for your return to be processed. Items that we have to order from our supplier to fulfill your order can not be returned - these are considered special order.
Submit your return request to firstname.lastname@example.org or call (512) 264-2024. You should use the same carrier that shipped the items to you for the return.
You will receive a full refund for your returned item only, NOT the freight, NOT return freight and NOT handling charges. All items must be returned in new and unused condition in the original packaging.
Items must be received by The Wahlberg Texas Corp. within 15 days from the purchase date to be eligible for a full refund.
In the event that you place an order and the item is shipped to you and you are not available to receive the item and the item is returned to us, you are responsible for ALL freight charges both ways. Please be sure to have someone available to receive and unload without assistance, your items at all times after placing an order. A 20% restocking fee based on the total order price will apply to all returned items due to no one being able to receive the shipment in addition to the freight charges stated above.
